Important Information About Procedures For Opening New Accounts.

In compliance with the U.S.A. PATRIOT Act, we are required to obtain and verify identification provided for all new account owners and joint owners, using methods permitted by law. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. 


Members' Access to Credit Union Documents.

Upon request, Southwest 66 members are entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following credit union documents:

  1. Balance sheet and income statement;
  2. A summary of the most recent annual audit completed in accordance with §91.516 of this chapter; 
  3. Written board policy regarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies, and copies thereof; 
  4. Internal Revenue Service Form 990.
